At the moment you experience this functionally, it's difficult to work without.

MasterMap Linker is very useful to ones who need to frequently consolidate information from multiple maps.
When you have topic hyperlinked to a topic in another map, you can right-click it and choose ?Refresh?. Then data in this topic will be updated from the topic it?s linked to - either specific topic data or the whole topic hierarchy. You can specify what should be updated with a dialog available from drop-down menu on the MindManager ribbon bar.
This allows you to easily master a dashboard that has information from a number of other maps.
